PSHE Education Curriculum
PSHE education is a planned programme of learning through which pupils acquire the knowledge, understanding and skills they need to manage their lives now and in the future.
It is delivered through a whole school approach, developing the qualities and attributes pupils need to thrive as individuals, family members and members of society.
PSHE addresses both pupils’ direct experience and preparation for their lives now and in the future.
The Core themes are: Living in the Wider World, Relationships and Health and Wellbeing.

This school promotes a Catholic ethos, and, by example and direct teaching, follows and promotes the teachings of Jesus, whilst recognising that not all of its members will be practising Catholics.
We recognise that the personal development of pupils, spiritually, socially, morally and culturally, plays a significant part in their ability to learn and achieve.
